Monday: Grandma's enchilada's

Tuesday: tuna casserole

Wednesday: frozen pizza

Thurdays: beef & veggie stew

Friday: chicken pot pies

Saturday: chili & cornbread

Sunday: extended family dinner (I get a break!)

    Grandma's Enchiladas sound great. I have a similar recipe too. The dish freezes great!
