1 (20 oz.) bag of Simply Potato Hashbrowns (or any other thawed hashbrowns)
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can of cream of chicken soup
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix in the hashbrowns last. Place in a greased 2 qt. baking dish & sprinkle more cheese all over the top. Bake at 450 for 30 min. Enjoy!
