Corn Bread

Corn Bread by Lori

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 Tablespoons margarine/butter, melted
2/3 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 1/4 cups milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Combine dry ingredients together. In another bowl, mix eggs, oil and milk then add to dry ingredients and mix well.

Bake at 350* for 18-20 minutes.
